Dreams do come true

A lot of children in these communities and their surrounding towns grow up loving the game of hockey and dream of one day playing in the NHL. With your continued support we can help those in need lace up their skates, get involved and keep that very dream alive. Bo Horvat of the Vancouver Canucks completed his first "Bo drag" while playing for the West Lorne Comets minor hockey system, T.J. Brodie of the Calgary Flames learned the game from his days with the Dresden Jr. Kings minor hockey organization and Travis Konecny of the Philadelphia Flyers developed his skills as a member of both the Bothwell Blast minor hockey association who in recent years amalgamated with Glencoe minor hockey to create what is now known as the Southwest Bullets along with the West Lorne Comets minor hockey system. These three players inspire kids of all ages along with the kid in all of us, showing us each day and each season that sometimes...dreams do come true.
